As usual these summer months are flying by fast so lately we have been trying to spend as much time as we can outside soaking up the warm sun. One of Chloe's favorite activities to do outside is water play and I love how simple it is to create for her.
All you need for outside water play is:
:: A large bowl, tupperware container, or even a water play table if you have it filled with water
:: Cups, bowls, utensils, spoons, bath toys and anything else your child wants to play with in the water
:: And a towel to sit on
That's it, so simple and fun!
What are some of your children's favorite activities to do outside?
How fun! And am I noticing her hair has gotten lighter? Or maybe just longer. We have a similar tub for outside water play. The brush is a good idea, I bet D would like it.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Yes Chloe loved the brush, held on to it the whole time lol. and I'm not sure about her hair, it getting longer but the color always seems to be changing too!
DeleteI really liked your brush idea. My sons love water play too. I found you on MBC. Thank you for following. Returning the favor.
ReplyDeleteThanks, water play is so fun!
DeleteThanks for stopping by my blog and leaving me a comment!!
Charlie loves to play in the water too! Of course, he's WAY too busy of a kid to sit nicely and play - he likes to have several buckets full of water and run around the yard splashing water everywhere, haha!
ReplyDeletelol that sounds like fun! Chloe doesn't sit still for very long either!
DeleteThis is such a great idea! My son doesn't like to get in his kiddie pool to play, but he still wants to play in the water so he gets frustrated when his toys float to the middle... seems like I would have thought of this before! ;) Chloe is such a doll!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Chloe seems to really love it!
DeleteThanks for stopping by and saying hello!!
