A picture from last year, celebrating my very first birthday as a Mom. It's hard to believe my daughter was once so tiny and new and that I myself a brand new Mother navigating through countless hours of breastfeeding and sleepless nights.
To celebrate my birthday this year we are having dinner at my Grandma's house and then spending the evening at the town fair.
I have to say it feels pretty good to be 26!

DeleteAww, happy birthday! I found that my birthday felt so different this year -- being a mom changes your perspective, I guess. I used to love spending the day doing all sorts of "me" things but this year doing a low-key day with lots of baby time was perfect. Funny how things turn out...
