Fact Friday

:: Sometimes I just love a good cry.
:: The first time I left Chloe for more then a hour was about a month ago to get my hair done. I was in desperate need of some " me time", but when the day I made my appointment for finally came and I had to say goodbye to Chloe I got really sad and teary eyed and all I could think about while at the salon was Chloe's sweet smile and how much I missed having her in my arms. I knew I was going to miss her but I didn't know I was going to miss her that much.
:: I have naturally curly hair.

:: I was a vegetarian for 6 years.
:: I would love to go on the show What Not To Wear, $5000 in clothes and a makeover sounds perfect right now!

  1. I totally miss Avery like crazy every time she goes to preschool. I always want some time alone, then after a half hour I just want to snuggle with her again!

  2. I hear you on that! I had to go to a dentist appointment when Lillian was only a few weeks old...oh I was a wreck!! I missed her SO MUCH!
    I didn't know you were a curly girl too!! Do you flat iron every day or do you have a chemical straighten? I used to do chemical straightens but since trying to conceive I let it go natural. Now my hair is in a bun every day because Lillian grabs it otherwise ha ha! When I get dressed up I try to flat iron if I have the time or energy.

    1. Rachel, I know it was so hard to leave Chloe, I missed her so much!

      lol ya I have had curly hair all my life but the older I get the straighter it becomes. I wear my hair in a bun everyday too! It takes way to much effort to straighten it.

  3. I miss Sofia all the time, I have that mom guilt whenever I go do something for myself! I need to slowly try and wean myself away! :/ Would you ever share your story about the whole vegetarian thing? I'm really trying to slowly eat less and less meat, but certain things are really hard to let go of (bacon!) haha. Anyway, I'm super interested and would love to hear your thoughts!

      Sure I don't mind sharing my experience as a vegetarian, I can write a post about! Lol I know, bacon is so good!

  4. I know what you mean. It was so hard for me to separate from my baby when my husband booked me a massage. I was thinking of the little guy the whole time!

    1. Thank you Staci! Lol no I don't think its bad, I know one day I will probably feel the same way. Chloe and I have been together everyday since the day she was born so that made it harder to be apart.
