" A portrait of my child, once a week, every week in 2013. "
Chloe, in her Daddy's arms, curiously watching all the animals at the pumpkin patch.
Mike and I have made it a family tradition to take Chloe to the pumpkin patch every Autumn. It has always been one of my favorite things to do together as a family, and this year was even more special because Mike's older brother Scott was in town visiting. Unfortunately though the day did not go as planned, we got there later then I was hoping, it was unbelievably crowded and Chloe was tired, grumpy, and over stimulated. After numerous meltdowns and tears ( from us all ) we decided to leave early. I'm not going to lie I was pretty disappointed we had to leave so much earlier then planned but when you're a parent that's just the way life is at times.
Portraits that inspired me from week 41, this little port, Cute & Peculiar, We Stood Together, and Monique Tyacke.

I love love love to see pictures of bubs with their daddy. Never fails to warm my heart. Beautiful! xx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and sweet. Sorry about the pumpkin patch though. Days like that just seem like such a wash. Lovely capture though!
ReplyDeleteWe had the same thing happen to use this week :( our pumpkin patch experience was a lot more tears and a lot more stressful than I was ready for. I am sorry. On a good note Chloe seems to be more adorable by the minute.
